Description du poste : The Associate will work on M&A assignments with an emphasis on Technology, Media, Consumer, Power and Industrials. The Associate will have close interaction with senior bankers and clients of the firm.

Execute M&A deals in the TMT, Consumer, Power and Industrials sectors.

Candidates must have excellent technical and analytical abilities.

Mission du poste : Prepare complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis
Perform financial valuation: discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses
Prepare presentation materials and participate in deal pitches.
Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies.
Conduct industry and product research
Draft investment memoranda and transaction documentation.
Draft internal business/credit memoranda and call reports.
